Job Description: Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an NBFC or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, taxation (Direct & Indirect), financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finalisation:

• Handle complete accounting operations in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and finalize standalone financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

GST Compliance:





• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
• Handle GST reconciliations (Books vs GSTR-2A/2B).
• Manage Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) compliance.
• Prepare replies to GST notices and manage GST demand and assessment proceedings.

TDS Compliance:

• Ensure timely deduction, payment, and reconciliation of TDS.
• Oversee TDS return filings and coordinate with consultants as needed.
• Address mismatches and assist in TDS demand or assessment cases.

Income Tax:

• Assist in computation and filing of income tax returns.
• Handle income tax assessments, replies to notices, and demand resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants/lawyers for tax litigation, if any.

MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports for senior management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Generate reports on profitability, cost analysis, and other financial metrics.
