Role Overview
We're looking for a QA Intern who is passionate about technology, software quality, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our product and technology teams to test applications, identify bugs, verify fixes, and help improve the overall quality of our products.
This is a hands-on prospect to gain practical experience in software testing, bug reporting, test case creation, and product quality assurance within a growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, UI, usability,



and regression testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user flows.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce issues.
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before product releases.
• Test different features, workflows, forms, APIs, and user journeys.
• Check applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify edge cases and potential failure scenarios during testing.
• Assist in maintaining test documentation, checklists, and QA reports.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in product reviews and provide feedback from a user and quality perspective.
