We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Franchise Network to lead the expansion of the KOSMO franchise network. If you have built franchise networks before and are excited by the opportunity to build one at scale, we would like to hear from you.
This is a network-building role, not a conventional sales position.
The mandate is to own the journey:
Market Identification → Prospecting → Partner Evaluation → Commercial Closure → Franchise Onboarding
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 12–15 years of experience in franchise-led retail / business development
• Has personally developed 25+ franchise outlets in previous roles
• Has experience in franchise-driven sectors such as Furniture, Electronics, Jewellery, Eyewear, Apparel, Footwear, Building Materials, Home Improvement, Consumer Retail or similar businesses




• Has a strong understanding of franchise P&L;, ROI, ROCE, investment and payback
• Is a robust hunter, relationship builder and negotiator
• Can identify, convince and convert the right franchise partners
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills
• Is willing to travel extensively across India
