Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Lucknow. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations by assisting with employee data management, documentation, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities. Responsibilities include helping with recruitment processes, onboarding support, maintaining HR records, and assisting in organizing employee engagement initiatives.



The intern will also help with drafting and updating HR policies, supporting administration of employee benefits, and providing general HR support to team members and management.
Qualifications

• Robust interest and foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Ability to understand and assist in implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow and handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and HR-related software) is beneficial
