We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of our lead generation and brand presence across digital channels.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented marketer who can run high-intent paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) while managing our organic social media strategy.

You will manage a dedicated monthly marketing ad budget and work closely with our in-house graphic designer to create high-converting campaigns. Your primary focus will be driving qualified B2B inquiries and leads for our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Campaigns & Performance Marketing• Plan, execute,



and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets to achieve optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Target decision-makers (CTOs, Business Owners, Operations Heads, IT Managers) seeking ERP, CRM, and custom software solutions.
• Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing page copy, and direct-to-WhatsApp/call funnels.

2. Social Media Management & Content Strategy• Define and execute Scalix’s social media content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create creative briefs and visual concepts for our in-house graphic designer to produce images, carousels, and short videos.
• Write explicit, engaging B2B copy for ad headlines, social posts, and landing pages.
• Maintain a structured monthly content calendar and handle regular posting and community engagemen
