Role Description The Human Resources Executive / Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions for various roles within Vi-Scan Diagnostics. This full-time position will also involve onboarding new team members, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance procedures. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and helping to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive / Recruiter will work on-site in Bengaluru South, partnering closely with operations and leadership teams to support organizational growth in a rapid-paced healthcare technology environment.
