Role Description
The Founder's Office Intern will support the founder and core team in day-to-day operations, including coordinating projects, preparing briefs, and tracking deliverables across ongoing content initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting research on trends, clients, and competitors, summarizing insights, and assisting in strategic planning and decision-making. The intern will help organize meetings, prepare presentations, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication among internal teams and external partners. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, and the intern will be closely involved in both creative and operational spects of the studio’s work.





Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with drafting emails, presentations, and concise reports.
• Analytical and research skills to gather information, synthesize insights, and support strategic decisions.
• Interest in content, media, and creative industries, with a basic understanding of how agencies and production houses operate.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software as needed.
• Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred but
