• We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - Control Tower for Warehouse Operations on an urgent basis for the Gurgaon location.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring: Virtually monitor daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouses.
• Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• System & Process Deep Dive: Perform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, delayed dispatches, stock variances, and process failures.
• Verify system transactions against physical and operational processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend preventive controls.
• Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Analyze trends using advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, VBA/Macros preferred).




• Generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• Present findings to management with recommendations.
• AI & Digital TransformationUtilize AI-powered tools to automate reporting and data analysis.
• Leverage AI for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and operational trend analysis.
• Develop AI-assisted dashboards and improve decision-making through automation.
• Explore opportunities for digital transformation within warehouse operations.
• Inventory & Process ComplianceMonitor inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and audit requirements.
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external audits.
• Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse managers, regional teams, IT, and customer service for issue resolution.
