Role Description As a CRM Manager at Property First Realty LLP, you will oversee the end-to-end management, optimization, and reporting of the customer relationship management system. In this full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, you will design and implement CRM workflows,



segmentation strategies, and automation rules to support sales teams and enhance client engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate data capture, timely follow-ups, and consistent communication across all client touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include monitoring data integrity, generating performance dashboards, analyzing customer behavior, and recommending improvements to increase conversion, retention, and client satisfaction. You will also coordinate CRM-driven projects, train team members on CRM best practices, and work with technology partners to resolve system issues and deploy current features.
