Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. This role will oversee the implementation of HR policies, assist with performance management procedures, and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.



The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and training needs. This is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring regular interaction with team members and managers across departments.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in staffing, performance management, and organizational development.
• Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as managing HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, payroll coordination support, and compliance with statutory requirements.
