Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and passionate HR & Management Interns who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers in Human Resources and People Management. This internship is designed to give you hands-on corporate exposure, mentorship from industry professionals, and a direct path to a full-time role in our HR & Management team.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing resumes, screening candidates,



scheduling interviews.
• Support HR operations: onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
• Collaborate with management on policy drafting, training coordination, and performance tracking.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives like talent acquisition, retention planning, and culture building.
• Prepare HR documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
