Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Track open positions, interview status, offer status, and joining status.




• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• Support employer branding and other HR activities when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Valuable understanding of interview coordination and candidate evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
