We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Builder / Developer firms who have a proven track record in Relationship Management, Project Sales, Client Acquisition and Closures.
? Locations: Gurgaon & Noida
? Industry: Real Estate
? Experience: 4+ Years
? Compensation: Fixed Salary + Profit Sharing
Working Days & Timings
· Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
· Weekly Off: Monday
What We’re Looking For:
· Professionals with experience in reputed Real Estate Developers / Builders
· Strong experience in Relationship Management / Real Estate Sales
· Proven track record of sales closures and revenue generation
· Robust client network, particularly HNI/UHNI clients and investors
· Good understanding of the Gurgaon / Noida real estate market
· Excellent communication,
negotiation and relationship management skills
· Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Fixed Salary + Profit-Sharing Opportunity
Our sales structure offers a fixed salary along with a performance-linked profit-sharing model.
The profit-sharing structure is applicable across different levels, starting from 30% and going up to 45%, based on the applicable level and company structure.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals who have a strong client network, proven closure record and the ability to drive high-value real estate transactions.
