Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, India, responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition and relationship expansion.
• Identify, research and qualify prospective clients, including HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors and institutional investors, in India and target international markets.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from first outreach through to onboarding,



and convert qualified opportunities into investors.
• Present Eon Edge Global's investment strategies and fund offerings to prospective and existing clients, explaining the approach, risk profile and performance clearly.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing investors and introducing partners, acting as a key point of contact for their queries and needs.
• Work with the investment and operations teams to prepare pitch decks, proposals, due diligence responses and tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new client segments, distribution channels and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on pipeline activity, conversions and fundraising progress.
