Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineer – Quantity Take-Off & Estimation, based in the Greater Delhi Area, with two positions available. The role involves preparing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, developing cost estimates, and supporting tender preparation and bid submissions. The Civil Engineer will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to validate quantities, update BOQs,



and track cost variations. Daily tasks include reviewing engineering drawings, verifying measurements, maintaining estimation databases, and preparing reports for management review. The role also includes assisting in planning activities, supporting value engineering, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Job Responsibilities• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural, structural and civil engineering drawings.
• Extract and calculate quantities using AutoCAD and other quantity-estimation/measurement software.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity statements and estimates.
• Analyse drawings and specifications to identify the scope of work and required quantities.
• Assist in preparation of detailed cost estimates and rate analysis.
