About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talented individuals for our growing Dubai real-estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview rounds.
• Coordinate interviews with management.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Build a solid pipeline of potential sales candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and joining documentation.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and targets.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring performance.

Requirements




• 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
• Experience in sales recruitment or real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting interviews.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp and social-media recruitment.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
