This role is designed for individuals who have worked closely with Operations heads, or Business leadership and handle multiple operational priorities simultaneously. Someone with 3-4 years of experience.
As an BOE in the Business team,you will drive seamless execution of Core Business operations, communication - emails and stakeholder relations whilst managing trackers for daily prooject progress.

Role PurposeThe role will be responsible for driving day-to-day business operations, tracking execution across auctions, client commitments, regulatory requirements and logistics, and providing structured MIS, dashboards and time sensitive management reports. The incumbent will act as a central coordination point across Business Development, Operations and Management to ensure timely execution, data accuracy and visibility of key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Operations & Execution Tracking
• Maintain a centralized tracker for ongoing auctions, orders, pending actions, material pickups, documentation and commercial milestones.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to committed timelines and highlight delays or execution risks.
• Track pending approvals, collections, documentation and operational dependencies and drive closure with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide management with transparent visibility on business pipeline versus actual execution.

2. MIS, Dashboard & Management Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business dashboards covering key operational and commercial metrics.
• Track planned versus actual performance across business volumes, order execution, pickups, auction outcomes and other agreed KPIs.
• Develop exception reports highlighting overdue actions, bottlenecks, deviations and business risks.

3. Auction Process Management - Not Mandatory
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure required commercial and technical information is captured.
