Role: Senior Manager - P&L;
Location: Pune (On-Site)

About the role
Own the P&L; for our international patient business at CureMeAbroad. You'll know the revenue, margin, and unit economics of every specialty, hospital, and source market, and act on those numbers through pricing, package design, and cost control. You'll work directly with the founding team. This is a business-owner role, not a process-management role.

What you'll do
• Own the P&L; for patient services: revenue, gross and contribution margin, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track unit economics by specialty, hospital, and source market, and turn them into decisions on pricing, packages, and cost control.
• Work with the partnerships team on hospital commercial terms: rate cards, volume commitments, and quality-linked pricing.
• Work with finance on budgets, cost estimates, and monthly reporting.
• Drive patient operations and customer success outcomes (turnaround times, retention, referrals, patient satisfaction) through the ops and CS team, and stay accountable for how they affect margin.




• Flag and escalate critical and high-risk cases to the founders.
• Build dashboards and a regular business review that show where we make and lose money.

What you'll bring (must-have)
• 4-6 years of total experience, with 2+ years owning or closely managing a P&L;, business unit, or budget.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in a startup or scale-up. This is mandatory: you're comfortable with ambiguity, thin processes, and wearing multiple hats.
• Strong command of unit economics, margins, and forecasting, and comfort building models in Excel or Sheets.
• Ability to negotiate and structure commercial terms with external partners.
• Clear communication, and comfort working with clinical, ops, finance, and partnership stakeholders across time zones.

Positive to have
Background in strategy, consulting, business-unit management, or finance business partnering.
Experience in healthcare, medical travel, hospitality, or another
