Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective Economics lessons for senior school students.
Develop lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments, and assessments.
Explain economic concepts using practical examples and real-world applications.
Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide appropriate support.
Prepare students for examinations and ensure syllabus completion within timelines.
Maintain accurate academic records and assessment data.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic discussions.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school activities.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical skills, and independent learning among students.
Participate in school events, projects, and other academic responsibilities.
Required Qualifications




Postgraduate Degree in Economics – M.A./M.Sc. Economics or equivalent.
B.Ed. qualification preferred/required as per school requirements.
Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and technology.
