Position Title: Accounting Analyst

Purpose:
Support Accounting / Finance team with the Direct Billing process.
Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, attention to details, ability to self-proof one’s work, ability to grasp business as well as technical concepts, and self-motivated with following up on outstanding items are critical to succeed in this role.

Position Requirements:
· Available to work minimum 40 hours a week (8 hours a day – business hours)
· Detail oriented and be able to self-proof assigned tasks for accuracy
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team
· Conscientious, fast learner, adaptable
· Skilled telephone and email etiquette
· Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
· Flexible to work in US time zones

Position Description:
· Responsible for AR billings in accordance with billing terms (ie,



weekly, bi-weekly / monthly, monthly etc.)
· Responsible for researching and understanding billing discrepancies
· Responsible for effective communication with business partners on billing discrepancies
· Be able to convey billing discrepancies issues to management through analysis work
· Responsible for reconciliation of AR subledger vs general ledger
· Other assigned tasks as needed

Skills, Experience & Technology in priority order:
· Accounting / Math / Business education background
· High level of proficiency and understanding of Microsoft Excel formulas
· One to two years work experience in the Accounts Receivable preferred
· General knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
· Proficiency with Dynamic GP is a plus
