The role
Antinorm is hiring a Graphic Designer to create the brand's visuals across Meta ads, the website, product pages and marketplaces. You will turn briefs into finished, on-brand designs fast, use AI tools to multiply your output, and keep up with the pace of a growing D2C brand.

Key responsibilities

1. Meta ads
• Design static ads, carousels, stories and reels covers for Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Understand ad formats, sizes, safe zones and what makes a creative stop the scroll.
• Produce multiple variations of each ad quickly so the performance team can test them.
• Use performance feedback to improve the next round of creatives.

2. Website and PDPs
• Design website banners, landing pages and campaign pages.
• Create product detail page (PDP) visuals: product images, infographics, ingredient and benefit callouts, and how-to-use graphics.
• Keep every page consistent with the brand's look and easy to read on mobile.

3. Marketplaces
• Create listing images,



A+ content and store banners for marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms.
• Follow each marketplace's image guidelines and sizing requirements.
• Adapt one campaign across every channel without losing quality or brand feel.

4. AI and speed
• Use AI tools for image generation, editing, background removal, resizing and concepting to speed up work.
• Stay up to date with recent AI design tools and bring the useful ones into the team's workflow.
• Turn around briefs fast, often the same day, without dropping the quality bar.
• Manage several projects at once and hit every deadline.

5. Brand and launches
• Guard Antinorm's visual identity across every touchpoint.
• Support product launches with key visuals, social posts and campaign assets.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead, content team and performance agency.
