About the Role
We are looking for a Research & Market Development Executive to support research, customer discovery and go-to-market initiatives across our diagnostic products.
This is an opportunity for a fresh graduate to work closely with the team and gain hands-on exposure to research, market development, outreach and business insights.

What You’ll Do
• Research organisations, sectors and relevant stakeholders
• Support customer discovery and ecosystem mapping
• Build and maintain research databases, CRM records and GTM trackers
• Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email and other communication channels




• Support lead generation, market development and partnership outreach
• Prepare research summaries, presentations and business insights

Who We’re Looking For
• Fresh graduates from BMS, BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA (Economics) or related programmes
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
• Robust research, analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Familiar with LinkedIn and professional email communication
• Able to work independently, take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
