? Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
? Location: Sector 63, Noida

? Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment

What we’re looking for:

• 1–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
• Strong experience with Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS
• Valuable understanding of W2, C2C & Full-Time hiring
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills
• Experience with ATS such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar
• Good communication and candidate management skills
• Experience with direct clients and implementation partners is a plus
