Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for driving sales growth for Illume Gene India LLP’s life science products and solutions.



This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and acting as a trusted knowledge partner to research institutions, clinical laboratories, and biotechnology organizations. The Sales Manager will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies. They will collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective post-sales support. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and account management skills in life science or related industries.
• Solid knowledge of biotechnology, molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, and cell biology products and applications.
