Role Description The Legal Advocate will work in office in Pune in a full-time capacity, supporting clients across real estate, commercial, and compliance-related matters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating contractual agreements; providing legal advice on transactions and disputes; and managing legal affairs for a diverse client base. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, and assisting with litigation strategy and documentation. The Legal Advocate will collaborate with senior professionals, attend client meetings, and support due diligence, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. The position requires proactive case management, clear communication, and a strong focus on accuracy and ethical practice.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Experience providing Legal Advice to clients on real estate, commercial transactions, and compliance-related matters.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Contractual Agreements and related legal documentation.
