? JOB OPENING | ACADEMIC COORDINATOR / INCHARGE

A reputed group of State Board Schools is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Coordinator / Incharge at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the *academic development and performance of 6 schools* and will be required to travel regularly across the assigned schools.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and improve overall academic standards across all 6 schools
* Conduct regular school and classroom observations
* Review teaching quality, lesson planning and curriculum implementation
* Analyse examination results and implement academic improvement plans
* Guide and mentor Principals, Coordinators and Teachers
* Plan and conduct teacher training and academic review meetings
* Monitor student learning outcomes and remedial initiatives
* Ensure effective implementation of academic policies and systems




* Submit periodic school-wise academic performance and improvement reports

Candidate Profile:
* Strong experience in school academics, coordination or academic leadership
* Experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator / HOD preferred
* Positive communication, leadership and team-management skills
* Willingness to travel regularly across 6 schools
* Practical understanding of school operations and academic improvement
