Beond is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our showroom and ensure an excellent experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily showroom operations
• Lead and support the sales team
• Handle customer enquiries, consultations, and follow-ups
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
• Build robust relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers
• Manage leads, quotations, and sales conversions
• Coordinate with design, production, and other internal teams
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to order
• Track and report showroom performance and sales activities

What We’re Looking For




• Experience in showroom, retail, furniture, interior, or related industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and team-management skills
• Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects
• Knowledge of furniture and interior design will be an added advantage
