Role Description The Speech Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy sessions for patients with speech delays, language impairments, dysphagia, and related conditions. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation teams, and family members to ensure continuity of care and support holistic recovery. The Speech Therapist will document clinical findings, maintain accurate patient records, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home-based exercises. The position may also include contributing to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and training activities within Sukino’s continuum care framework.
