Metarise is a Canada-based performance marketing agency that runs Meta Ads and lead-generation systems for clients worldwide. We're growing quick, and we need someone to own day-to-day operations so every client gets a world-class experience.

The role: Operations & Client Success Associate (Remote)

What you'll do:
→ Onboard new clients professionally, from welcome email to campaign launch
→ Be the main point of contact for our international clients
→ Manage our CRM, pipelines, and follow-ups
→ Coordinate with our team to make sure work ships on time
→ Build and maintain SOPs and workspaces for how the agency runs

Who you are:
→ Excellent spoken and written English
→ Organized, proactive, and calm with clients
→ Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like Notion, Miro, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and AI tools,



and quick to learn and set up current software
→ Agency, support, or ops experience is a plus, not a must
→ Available 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PDT.
