Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to fire safety systems, equipment, and services. This role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and budgets. The Purchasing Manager will maintain vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels,



and coordinate closely with engineering, projects, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include issuing purchase orders, reviewing quotations, tracking orders, resolving delivery or quality issues, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role also includes analyzing market trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring that all purchases meet relevant safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
