The Role
• We're looking for a Growth Manager to own new business growth at Kplor.
• This is a hunter role. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new institutional & enterprise customers across universities, education companies, & corporate L&D; teams.
• You'll work directly with the CEO, build relationships with decision-makers, drive the sales process from first conversation to closure, and help shape Kplor's GTM as we expand.
• This role is best suited for someone who has previously sold eLearning, learning content, video learning solutions, or related services to universities or corporate L&D; teams and knows how to build a pipeline rather than simply manage an existing book of business.

What We're Looking For
• Mandatory:



5+ years of B2B sales experience selling eLearning content creation, course creation, or services to Corporate L&D; teams, universities, or other education institutions
• Mandatory: Strong track record of hunting & closing current customers
• Experience selling to senior decision-makers such as L&D; Heads, CHROs, HR Leaders, University Leadership, Deans, Program Heads, or Business Heads
• Ability to independently prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
• Strong understanding of education sales cycles and consultative selling
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where processes are still being built
• Strong ownership mindset; you don't wait to be handed a pipeline
• Preferred: Experience selling similar solutions in global markets / international markets
