About The Role

Air Maniax is looking for an energetic, creative and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, footfall and business growth.

This is a hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on offline marketing, events, activations and partnerships, supported by a good understanding of digital marketing.

Role Split

• 70% – Offline Marketing, Events & Activations
• 30% – Digital Marketing

Key ResponsibilitiesOffline Marketing, Events & Activations – 70%

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, BTL activities and brand activations to drive awareness and footfall.
• Conceptualise, plan and manage events, promotional activities, exhibitions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute school, corporate, community and local partnerships to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute local-area marketing initiatives to increase Air Maniax visibility and customer acquisition.
• Identify new offline marketing channels and opportunities to drive footfall, leads and revenue.




• Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, event partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Track campaign and event performance and prepare post-campaign reports and ROI analysis.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify current marketing opportunities.

Digital Marketing – 30%

• Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, online promotions and local digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for digital campaigns and content.
• Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
• Ensure offline campaigns and events are effectively promoted through digital chan
