Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Campaign Manager - Programmatic to take ownership of branding campaigns across CTV, Video, and Display channels. This role is ideal for a qualified with deep expertise in programmatic advertising, campaign strategy, optimization, deal management, and stakeholder collaboration.
The individual will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Supply, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to drive campaign success, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional outcomes for advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of branding campaigns, from onboarding and setup to optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
• Build, launch, monitor, and optimize CTV, Video, and Display campaigns.
• Lead the activation and optimization of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), Private Marketplace (PMP), and Preferred Deals across premium inventory.
• Manage Deals life-cycle across DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Amazon DSP, and other enterprise DSPs to maximize delivery, performance, and client KPIs.




• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Supply, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, resolve delivery challenges, and drive operational excellence.
• Ensuring campaign quality by maintaining best practices around brand safety, viewability, inventory quality, campaign governance, and platform compliance.
• Ensure campaign delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual commitments, platform best practices, and agreed service levels.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Deliver strategic campaign insights and performance recommendations that drive advertiser success and long-term growth.
• Drive operational excellence and contribute to process improvements for campaign delivery and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 8-9 years of experience in Programmatic Campaign Management, Ad Operations, or Prog
