ShilpCore Consultants LLP is expanding its infrastructure design division in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are looking for passionate, experienced engineering professionals to join our team across two key technical roles:

1. Senior Highway Design & Estimation Engineer
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Key Focus: Horizontal & vertical alignment design, typical cross-sections (TCS), intersection improvements, audit-ready road estimates, and scrutiny reports.

Core Tools & Codes: Civil 3D, OpenRoads / MX Road, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD, IRC Standards (IRC:37, IRC:58, etc.), MoRTH Specifications, and Gujarat R&B; SOR rate analysis.

2. Bridge & Structural Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Key Focus: General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), structural analysis, reinforcement detailing for PSC girders, RCC T-beams, piers, abutments, pile/well foundations, and cross-drainage structures.

Core Tools & Codes: AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro / MIDAS Civil, MS Excel (BBS & BOQ), IRC codes (IRC:5, 6, 21, 78, 112, etc.),



and statutory approval coordination (Gujarat R&B;, NHAI, Panchayat).
