Job Summary
We are looking for a Tender Executive responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including tender identification, tender document analysis, eligibility assessment, preparation of technical and commercial documentation, bid submission, tender tracking, and post-bid coordination.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM and Government/e-Tendering portals, robust documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other Government/e-Tendering portals.
• Analyse tender documents, specifications, BOQ, ATC, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions and corrigenda.
• Prepare tender summaries,



eligibility assessments and compliance checklists.
• Verify requirements related to turnover, past experience, certifications, OEM authorization, EMD, ePBG/Performance Security, MSE/MII and other tender-specific conditions.
• Prepare technical compliance sheets against tender specifications.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, OEMs and Management for required tender documents and approvals.
• Prepare, compile and upload technical and commercial bid documents.
• Submit bids on GeM and other e-Tendering portals within the prescribed deadlines.
• Ensure all mandatory documents are correctly prepared and uploaded before bid submission.
• Track corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, bid opening, technical evaluation, commercial evaluation, RA and tender results.
• Handle tender-related clarifications and coordinate responses with the concerned teams.
• Support post-award activities including LOA/PO/
