What is the role:
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive – Business HR with 2–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day Business HR activities and partner closely with employees, managers, and business leaders. The role will be responsible for employee engagement and connections, performance management, probation and PIP management, recognition programs, exit management, onboarding experience, HR dashboards,



and other employee-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, handling employee concerns, following up with stakeholders, maintaining HR data, and ensuring timely closure of HR activities.

What you would do:
● Business HR & Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, concerns, grievances, and workplace matters. Conduct regular employee connects, identify engagement and retention concerns, and partner with managers/HODs to drive timely resolutions.
● Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding: Manage the employee experience across key lifecycle stages, including HR induction, onboarding coordination, Buddy Programme, new-joiner connects, and 30/60/90/180-day feedback. Ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience from joining through transition and exit.
