Job Summary





This role supports the day-to-day operational execution of Learning Administration activities across the learning workplace. This role is responsible for processing routine LMS requests accurately, maintaining data quality, following established procedures, and supporting a smooth learner and stakeholder experience. The role requires attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage recurring work within defined service levels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process business as usual, including due date changes, exemptions, completions, user role updates, basic group updates, and assignment support.
• Support standard ticket categories in line with documented procedures and agreed service levels.
• Assist with basic reporting support and one-time reporting outputs as requested.
• Perform data validation and recurring maintenance activities to help maintain system accuracy and training record integrity.
