About ObrazObraz is a fast-growing technology company delivering custom Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions through Obraz and enterprise-grade managed data annotation services through LabelOps.
We are looking for a highly driven, articulate, and technically curious Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) with proven experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, AI, or Deep Tech sales.
In this role, you will play a critical role in our revenue engine by engaging with CTOs, AI Directors, VP Engineering, Heads of Data Science, and other technology decision-makers across global markets to generate qualified sales pipeline.
Important: This is a highly technical B2B sales role. Candidates must have a robust understanding of software/technology sales cycles and the ability to engage confidently with senior technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Execute high-volume,



highly targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established B2B qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demos for the CEO and senior sales/closing team.
• Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of:
• Custom AI/ML solutions
• Computer Vision models
• AI/ML engineering services
• Data annotation and data pipeline solutions
• Handle technical and business objections from senior engineering and technology stakeholders.
• Identify decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures to reach relevant stakeholders.
• Research target accounts and build prospect lists aligned with Obraz's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Lead Generation Operations Spec
