Role Description The Packaging Purchase Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.



This role involves sourcing and purchasing packaging materials for Ayurvedic and wellness products, ensuring timely availability and adherence to quality and regulatory standards. The person in this role will collaborate with packaging design and engineering teams, production, quality control, and vendors to optimize packaging solutions for cost, durability, and brand consistency. Daily responsibilities include evaluating supplier quotations, negotiating contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating delivery schedules with manufacturing units. The role also includes monitoring packaging performance, supporting packaging-related research initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in packaging processes and materials.
