Boost Labs is a holistic wellness & nutrition brand.

Our first product, Done in One, is a first-of-its-kind daily nutrition drink mix in India - 40+ ingredients across 6 functional blends in one sachet, delivering 100% RDA of all 13 vitamins, 10g fibre and no added sugar. It's built to replace a 12+ pill supplement stack, not add to it. We're a small, founder-led team building the brand's community and distribution alongside the product.

Role Summary

We're hiring a Community & Channel BD Manager - a hybrid role that owns Boost Labs' community from the ground up: hosting in-person events across Mumbai. Delhi and Bangalore, taking over and growing our existing community IP, building channel partnerships for offline reach, and managing the community layer on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Events

Plan and host in-person community events, meetups and workshops in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore
Take full ownership of Boost Labs' community IPs execution going forward run it end-to-end and grow it
Channel BD





Identify and build partnerships with wellness studios, gyms, nutritionists, cafes and other wellness-adjacent spaces for offline community reach, sampling and distribution.
Represent Boost Labs at wellness and health events, pop-ups and partner activations.
Social Community Management

Manage day-to-day community engagement on Instagram and other social channels -comments, DMs and community conversations as and when needed.
Work with the marketing team to turn community insight into content ideas
What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in community management, events or business development - wellness, nutrition, D2C or FMCG background preferred
A genuine interest in wellness and a working understanding of the supplements category - comfortable talking about ingredients, supplement stacks and wellness trends
Willingness and ability to travel regularly and host in-person events across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore
