Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. Daily responsibilities include managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records,



handling payroll inputs and perks administration in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves partnering with management to identify workforce needs, support training and development initiatives, and address employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The HR Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
