About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience managing complex technology programs, including AI and Generative AI initiatives.
The role will oversee multiple projects, strengthen delivery governance, manage client relationships, and drive resource and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Own delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, consistency, predictability, and scalability.
• Track project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and quality.
• Establish strong delivery governance and drive timely corrective actions.
• Manage critical escalations and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, QA, data, and AI teams.
• Oversee AI/GenAI projects involving experimentation, evolving requirements, evaluation, integrations, and production readiness.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations and delivery commitments.




• Identify account growth and expansion opportunities.
• Drive resource planning, allocation, utilization, hiring, and workforce planning.
• Monitor project profitability, delivery efficiency, and operational performance.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and organizational scalability.

Required Skills and Experience
• 15+ years of IT industry experience, including significant delivery and program management experience.
• Solid technical understanding of solution architecture, software engineering, integrations, cloud platforms, and delivery dependencies.
• Experience managing multiple complex technology and AI/GenAI projects.
• Strong knowledge of delivery governance, risk management, financial tracking, resource planning, and quality management.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and critical escalations.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
