About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function of our growing electric vehicle manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior management team as a finance business partner, providing accurate financial insights, managing accounting and taxation, controlling costs, monitoring working capital and supporting strategic business decisions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in GST, taxation, accounting, inventory, budgeting, MIS,



financial reporting and cash-flow management, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & MIS

* Lead the finance and accounting function of the organization.
* Prepare and present monthly MIS and financial reports to senior management.
* Develop financial forecasts, budgets and business plans.
* Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
* Provide management with actionable financial insights for business decisions.
* Monitor profitability, margins, expenses and overall financial performance.

Accounting & Compliance

* Oversee complete accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely books of accounts.
* Manage GST compliance, including returns, reconciliations and related matters.
* Coordinate preparation and filing of income-tax and other statutory returns.
* Handle statutory, internal and tax audit
