Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven and result-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to drive Pointo’s business growth across assigned markets.
This is a field-intensive sales role focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, relationship building, market development, and sales conversion within the EV and clean energy ecosystem.
The role requires strong market engagement, disciplined execution, regular field activity, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and channel partners.

C. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition & Field Sales
Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and present Pointo’s products and solutions effectively.




Drive customer acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate new leads through field visits, references, local networks, and market activities.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain and continuously develop a healthy sales pipeline.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely movement through the sales funnel.
Collect and verify customer information and documents as per defined processes.
3. Market Development
Conduct market mapping to identify potential customer segments and business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with local customers, dealers, channel partners, drivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Participate in local marketing and promotional activities.
