About the Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer – Customer & Support Engineering who enjoys solving complex technical problems while working closely with customers. This is a customer-facing engineering role where you'll debug issues across frontend, backend, and real-time voice systems, build internal tools, and ensure customers have a seamless experience with our product.

Responsibilities
• Own customer issues end-to-end, from investigation to resolution.
• Debug production issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and real-time audio systems.
• Build and maintain internal tools and small customer-facing applications using Python and full-stack technologies.
• Diagnose bugs using logs, monitoring, and observability tools, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering,



Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support to customers and candidates using the platform.
• Communicate technical findings clearly and act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Continuously improve product reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in Python and full-stack development.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing engineering, technical support, customer success, or Forward Deployed Engineer role.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, Git, and debugging production applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, real-time audio, or voice technologies is a
