Vashi Impact Group (VIG) is seeking an experienced TVET / Skills Development Specialist to support research, evaluation, monitoring and consulting assignments related to TVET, vocational education, skills development and workforce development in India.

? ??? ????????????????:
• Provide technical inputs on TVET and skills development programmes and systems.
• Support research, evaluations, assessments and monitoring assignments.
• Review relevant policies, programmes, training models and certification systems.
• Contribute to research frameworks, assessment tools and data collection instruments.
• Assess training quality, certification, employability and employment outcomes.
• Engage with government, training institutions, employers, industry, trainers, trainees and graduates.
• Contribute to data analysis, reports, presentations and evidence-based recommendations.
• Participate in stakeholder consultations,



validation workshops and field visits, as required.

? ???????? ?????????????? & ??????????:
• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Skills Development, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Labour Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in TVET, vocational education, skills development or workforce development in India.
• Demonstrated experience in TVET/skills-related research, evaluation, monitoring, assessment or certification.
• Positive understanding of the Indian TVET and skills development ecosystem.
• Experience working with government, training institutions, employers/industry and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
