Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gold Loan Officer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining gold loan products, and processing loan applications in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.



Daily tasks include assessing the quality and value of gold ornaments, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely disbursement and repayment follow-up. The role involves handling cash transactions related to gold loans, maintaining branch-level compliance and security protocols, and delivering prompt, courteous service to all customers. The Gold Loan Officer will also support branch sales activities, contribute to business growth targets, and collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
