We’re Hiring – Sales Area Manager | Decorative Paper – IndiaWe are looking for an experienced Sales Area Manager – Decorative Paper to lead our commercial activities across India and drive business growth in the decorative paper segment.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead, manage, coordinate and control the commercial area to achieve assigned sales volume, quality and profitability targets.
• Make regular and planned visits to existing and potential customers.
• Acquire new customers and customer groups in the HPL, woodworking and decorative printing industries, as well as dealers in the sector.
• Stay up to date with market trends and design developments to meet customer and market requirements.
• Ensure a strong and professional company image in the market.
• Attend relevant sales meetings within and outside the organization.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly sales plans and budgets.
• Monitor the solvency and risk of existing and potential customers.
• Promote the company's products, markets and sales conditions in line with company policies.




• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop actions aimed at increasing the customer base.
• Gather and communicate market and customer information, including technical and consumer trends.
• Monitor competitors' products and activities and provide relevant market insights to management.
• Represent and promote the company's values in daily activities.
• Follow company policies relating to Setting, Quality, Continuous Improvement, FSC Chain of Custody, Health & Safety, and Occupational Risk Prevention.

Candidate Profile:• Experience in Sales and Design within the HPL/Woodworking and/or Décor-Printing industry.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Good understanding of the decorative paper and related industries.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
