Responsibilities

AI/ML development with Python & backend engineering
• knowledge of context engineering, RAG, Vector database
• Langchain / Langgraph based solution flow development
• working with locally hosted LLM
• strong knowledge of Research oriented report development
• LLM cost optimisations
• good knowledge of Bias control/conflict management in data
• Worked on original project, we don't consider academic project as true experience

Marketing / Sales Resource




• Strong communication skill
• customer interactioon & success capabilities
• attitude of converting leads to sales
• knowledge of business consultation, venture operation, startup market and ecosystem
• working in incubator's workplace is an added advantage
• having a track record of lead conversion and understanging process is a must
