About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven, creative Marketing Specialist / Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition, performance marketing, and social media growth.
• This is a hands-on growth role where you won't just generate leads—you will own the full marketing funnel, from the first customer touchpoint to the final booking. If you love running structured paid experiments, collaborating with travel creators, building social communities, and analyzing metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROAS, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation• Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, continuously optimize spend, and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Monitor key acquisition metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Own the full lead-generation funnel: Impression ➔ Click ➔ Lead ➔ Qualified Lead ➔ Sales Conversation ➔ Booking.




• Partner closely with the Sales team to evaluate lead quality and fix drop-off points.

2. Social Media & Content Strategy• Build and execute Ternigo’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging content calendars centered on destination inspiration, brand stories, travel tips, and offers.
• Collaborate with internal design, video, and product teams to produce high-performing social assets.
• Track engagement, follower growth, reach, and traffic driven directly from social platforms.

3. Influencer & Creator Marketing• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with relevant travel influencers, creators, and content communities.
• Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, and commercial potential rather than vanity metrics.
• Brief, negotiate, and execute creator campaigns, tracking downstream leads and bookings.
• Establish a repeatable, scalable influencer acquisition framework.
